What services are offered?

We offer 5 services, with the main ones being the tailored full planning and design service and the decoration service.

What does the tailored full planning and design service consist of?

It consists of providing a 360º planning and design service. We also organise private events such as baptisms, first communions and birthday parties. We have extensive experience and a large portfolio of clients, however, due to privacy clauses we cannot disclose them all. What makes your service unique?

We believe that because we only accept a small number of weddings per year, this makes us much more attentive and closer to our clients, meaning that each event is 100% tailor-made, and ensures that we are much more available to our clients. The outcome is a completely different experience from any other.

Do you prepare plans just for the day or partial plans?

We do not. We believe that in order to uphold the quality of our service, it is preferable to accompany our clients from the very beginning to the end of the entire process, thus not compromising its quality.

Do you only do wedding decoration without planning?

Yes, we do, we create the entire decorative project, 100% tailor-made according to the information, tastes and needs of our clients. We also provide consulting on lighting because we believe that superb decoration requires superb lighting, relying on the best partners to provide this service. Our clients always keep their project brief with them at all times, which has all the information inherent to the wedding, fostering a different and unique experience. Who will be there on the wedding day?

Depends on the size of the event, but our senior manager Sara, our totally trustworthy team, an event coordinator and waiting staff will be there. The staff number varies according to the size of the event, in order to ensure the quality of our service.

Do you accept more than one wedding per day? And per weekend?

No. Your wedding is unique and as such, we don’t do more than one event per weekend and much less so per day. We want to uphold the quality of our service and always give you our best attention and prioritise your importance, and we believe that this is the best way to achieve that.

What prices do you usually apply for the planning service?

Our price varies according to the type of service and the actual project. There is no price list. To contact us, here.

Our decoration services are 100% tailor-made, therefore there is no price list. Our price varies according to the type of service and the complexity of the actual project. To contact us, here.

Do you create events of more than 1 day?

Yes, we are increasingly doing this. The day of the event just flies by, and the majority of our clients want to extend it a little longer to fully enjoy it with the people they love most.

Where do you work? Do you only operate in Portugal?

We are located in Porto; however, distance is not a problem for us, we work all over the country and in some European countries.

How do you choose the ideal partners to work on our wedding?

We have an incredible network of partners with whom we have often worked. We recommend the best partners, according to the budget, taste and interests of our clients, so as to ensure that unique day they always dreamed of.

Do you schedule appointments with your partners?

Yes, we schedule meetings and manage the agenda of the entire process. These meetings may be online or face-to-face.

How many months in advance should we contact you?

Ideally, 6-8 months before the date of the event. With the current pandemic context, we believe that the sooner the better.

Does that mean if we contact you 3 months in advance, it will be too late?

If we happen to be available, when the time in advance is short, we always charge an emergency rate as our entire agenda and team will need to be reorganised so that quality is in no manner disregarded and we uphold the same service level.

Do you make partnerships with influencers or giveaways?

No, we are very sorry, but we do not.
